Testimonials

Shayla V. - Ryan has worked with our 17 year old daughter as one of her physical therapists for 7 years now.  His patience and dedication to her and all the kids is amazing! Our daughter has Angelman Syndrome which has caused her to be delayed in walking, have very low motor skills and not be steady on her feet.  Hippotherapy has helped her tremendously with balance, muscle building and coordination.  When she first started riding, she had to use a saddle and hold onto the horn the entire time. She now rides bareback without a saddle while holding onto nothing, using her leg muscles, balance, and coordination to stay on without assistance.  She is also non-verbal, but when she is riding, she makes lots of vowel sounds and "talks" in her own way to the horses.  She just lights up when she's riding!
